Following the successful 2015 championships held in Switzerland, planning is well on the way for the next event THIS YEAR 2017 during October … details are:

  • DATES – Thursday 26th to Sunday 29th October 2017  – Commencing early on the Thursday morning and concluding with the awards banquet on the Sunday evening … plus on Monday 30th October a meeting for association delegates.

  • EVENT VENUE  – Tallebudgera Leisure & Gold Coast Recreation Centre – 1525 Gold Coast Highway PALM BEACH, QUEENSLAND AUSTRALIA.

  • However the Gold Coast offers a full range of accommodation options … from Caravan Parks with Family Units, to 5-Star Hotels and Resorts …  If you do wish to investigate other options, we suggest you checkout the location of the venue and plan to stay within reasonable travel distance.

COMPETITION ENTRY FEES – The individual entry fee is determined by your associations WCJJO membership and will (subject to the important note) be one of the following:

  • Members of associations that have chosen to pay the full membership – pay NO individual competitor entry fee, and competitors may participate in all WCJJO events for which they qualify during the championships.

  • Members of associations that have chosen to pay the reduced membership – the entry fee per competitor will be either £GBP 35.00 or £GBP 65.00 as determined by the associations membership … and on payment competitors may participate in all WCJJO events for which they qualify during the championships.

  • IMPORTANT NOTE – Please be aware that each association is entitled to charge competitors from their association, a fee to offset the costs of their membership and any costs the association may incur through participation.

 

IF YOUR ASSOCIATION IS NOT A MEMBER – Expressions of interest from associations who are not current members … are invited to either  contact the WCJJO   OR complete an   application form for membership.
