Member associations retain their own governance …

the WCJJO does not purport or seek to have international governing functions over the sport of Ju-Jitsu.

Governed by representation from each member association under a fundamental Constitution … and progressive Team and Individual Tournament Rules providing for both men’s and ladies divisions that include: Sport Ju-Jitsu; Ne-waza (BJJ/Grappling style); Demonstration events; Masters Sport Ju-Jitsu. Plus support for junior competition.

Membership is open to all ju-jitsu and related martial art associations or schools, who wish to represent their country at the next WCJJO World Championships.
